Can't connect to host '*.*.*.*': 由于连接方在一段时间后没有正确答复或连接的主机没有响应，连接尝试失败。

发生此错误环境：

操作系统：Windows 7 SVN客户端：

TortoiseSVN 1.6.7, Build 18415 - 64 Bit , 2010/01/22 17:55:06 Subversion 1.6.9, 
apr 1.3.8 apr-utils 1.3.9 neon 0.29.3 OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009 zlib 1.2.3

错误场景：

问题原因：

1、网络原因，主机不可达； 2、服务没有启动； 3、防火墙拦截； 我遇到的就是这个问题。

解决方法：

添加入站规则：

[root@localhost svn]# /sbin/iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 3690 -j ACCEPT [root@localhost svn]# /etc/init.d/iptables save iptables：将防火墙规则保存到 /etc/sysconfig/iptables：     [确定]
[root@localhost svn]# service iptables restart iptables：将链设置为政策 ACCEPT：filter mangle nat         [确定]
iptables：清除防火墙规则：                                 [确定]
iptables：正在卸载模块：                                   [确定]
iptables：应用防火墙规则：                                 [确定]
