一：下载jmail.dll文件放到C:\Windows\System32文件夹中
二：以管理员的身份注册jmail.dll组件，即执行命令：regsvr32 jmail.dll
三：创建控制台应用程序，源码为：

注意：若发送邮箱为qq邮箱，需要对qq邮箱进行设置，开启POP3/SMTP/IMAP服务
因为默认这些服务是关闭的，邮箱和qq账号绑定了。但开启这些服务后，就需要设定单独的邮箱密码，此时开启qq邮箱需要两个密码，一个是qq账号的登录密码，一个是qq邮箱的单独密码。而在程序中需要使用邮箱的密码，而不是qq密码。(这个费了我一段时间才弄明白，开始一直出错)
