Blocks have a pre-defined maximal size, maximal number of transactions, and maximal time the block production takes since the first transaction of a new block was received. When any of these three conditions is satisfied, a block is full.
自收到新块的第一个事务以来，块具有预先定义的

- 最大事务数
- 最大生产时间。
