问题根源，是因为在安装时，adobe扫描计算机时，发现计算机已经安装了相关产品，故不允许再安装

解决一：官方版

1. Restart your computer in a minimized state before running the installer.（重启系统）

2. Repair the Microsoft Windows Installer (Windows)（修复系统漏洞）

1. Repair the Windows Installer. Windows XP/Vista
   1. Download and install the newest Microsoft Windows Installer Redistributable pack.
   Windows 7
   1. Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories.
   2. Right-click Command Prompt and choose Run As Administrator.
   3. In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /SCANNOWand press Enter.
   4. When the system scan completes, typemsiexec /unreg in the Command Prompt window, and press Enter.
   5. Typemsiexec /regserver into the Command Prompt window, and press Enter.
2. Proceed with the Creative Suite 5 or CS5.5 product installation.

3. Preinstall Adobe AIR and the AdobeHelp Payload（卸载之前的AIR和Payload）

1. Uninstall any copies of AIR.

Windows XP

1. Choose Start > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add Or Remove Programs.
3. Select Adobe AIR and click Uninstall.

Windows Vista

1. Choose Start > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Programs And Features.
3. Select Adobe AIR and click Uninstall.

Mac OS X

1. Drag the AIR application to the Trash.
2. Navigate to the AdobeHelp payload folder.For example: Windows: D:\Adobe Master Collection CS5\Adobe CS5\payloads\AdobeHelp Mac OS: /Volumes/Adobe Master Collection/Adobe CS5/payloads/AdobeHelp
3. Double-click the AIR installer: Windows: "AIRInstallerRunner.exe" Mac OS: "Adobe AIR Installer.app"
4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
5. Return to the AdobeHelp payload folder.
6. Double-click the file "AdobeHelp.air".
7. Follow the onscreen instructions.
   • If everything installs successfully, run the Creative Suite 5 product installer again.
   • If any errors occur, search the Adobe Knowledgebase for solutions.

解决二：民间版1

卸载以前安装的Adobe，并把相关的安装目录删除干净，再安装

解决三：民间版2

直接删除 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe 目录

如遇 不能删除，请使用第三方删除软件（如360 文件粉碎）删除之即可
